In 2005, ICM completed an equity financing raise from Rizvi Traverse Management and institutional investors to fund strategic growth, and in July 2006, ICM signed an agreement to acquire literary agency Broder Webb Chervin Silbermann.
One of five full-service talent agencies, ICM focuses on four major areas of representation – film, television, live performance and publishing. The branded entertainment division complements each of these quadrants. Each of the departments works in tandem with the others.
